Moving south down 278 between Folly Field and Singleton Beach is an area that has some of the newer homes built on Hilton Head and they overlook lush trees, a pool and some even have a view of the ocean. Bradley Beach and Burkes Beach offer either new oceanview and oceanside homes or homes that are set back and are just a nice walk to the beach. A choice selection of 4 - 6 bedroom homes and the nearby Chaplin Park make this location perfect for a family reunion or even a corporate retreat.
Most of the rental homes here have "grotto" private pools and some have elevators, as the houses are typically raised above parking. These rental properties can sleep anywhere between 12 and 21 people - perfect for a week of pure relaxation - and all have amenities to make any vacation on Hilton Head Island special and memorable.
Burkes and Bradley Beach are also near Hilton Head Island's newest community park called Chaplin Park. The park has 4 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, 3 multi-purpose fields, playground, a dog park, walking trails, beach access, restrooms, outdoor showers and free parking. It is a great place for a picnic or a day of outdoor fun. While Hilton Head is not known for its surfing, many people catch a wave or two at the end of Burkes Beach Road. More beach parking and another entrance to the beach is Driessen Beach Park, with grills and a picnic pavilion along with metered parking. The Burkes/Bradley Beach location is ideal to get anywhere on the Island in a quick manner either by car or by bike.
Experience the beauty and charm of the Island's newest beach front communities.
