The dining area is adjacent to your fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, which contains a full-size washer and dryer. For your convenience, the villa comes with free cable and WiFi.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a 40" flat screen TV, and a newly renovated private en-suite with double sinks and a beautiful walk-in shower with glass doors. In the guest bedroom, you will find a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top, a 32" flat screen TV, and a newly renovated adjacent private bath with a tub/shower combo.
Exterior amenities include a large on-site pool measuring 21' x 62', a spacious poolside spa, poolside restrooms, a grilling area for guests with 2 gas grills and a picnic area. The pool/spa is open mid September to mid October. There is a limit of 2 vehicles, and a parking pass is required. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, and pets are not permitted. The villa sleeps 5 and comes with free WiFi.

The Colonnade Club complex is located within the gated community of the Shipyard Resort and is close to the beach. Dual access to Shipyard on Highway #278 and Pope Avenue makes Shipyard one of the most convenient locations on the island. Coligny Plaza, a major hub on the island, is less than one mile away, and there is easy access to restaurants, stores, banks, movie theaters, a local hardware store, and the post office. Food lovers will appreciate that exceptional, locally owned restaurants are within 1-10 miles.
Sports enthusiasts can book court time at the Van der Meer Tennis Center or take in a round of golf on any of the three courses within Shipyard. The villa is also a quick 10-15 minute drive to Harbor Town in Sea Pines (please note there is a gate pass fee to enter the Sea Pines Resort), where you can walk the 114 steps to the top of the historic lighthouse, do some island shopping, or spend a few hours playing on one of the best playgrounds in the South! Near Harbor Town, you can wander to South Bay Marina and The Salty Dog Cafe, a great place for family fun and souvenirs.
