This villa is charming amongst the beautiful backdrop of Evian greenery and natural beauty. The new bee garden with food trucks right outside the gate is a huge bonus with much to do in this entire area.

We enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed being close to the pool and all the wonderful biking and walking paths. Many wonderful restaurants close by. Just a very wonderful place to stay!

Evian is a very quiet community in Shipyard. The unit was beautifully decorated with premium finishes and thoughtfully chosen accents in each room. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware.
Microwave was a little finicky, but it did the job.
The only complaint would be the lack of blinds in the front bedroom, which faces the parking lot. Bright and airy sheers are hung on the windows which look very nice, but there was no privacy for changing, and “up with the sun” was not part of the plan, so we didn’t even use the room other than the closet and bathroom. Thankfully there were 2 beds in the other suite, so we both slept in that bedroom. (Mother & daughter getaway). I’m sure a sleep mask would have solved the problem, but I think something could be easily added for a little more privacy. Very comfortable stay other than that.

This condo unit is located on the 7th hole of Brigantine Golf course, in the Evian property within Shipyard. The location of this unit is perfect, it’s just steps away from the Tennis/Pickle ball courts & Pool, less than a mile away from the Beach access. Such an easy location to bike to nearby shops, ice cream & restaurants. This unit is beautiful, the entire condo has been renovated and updated the kitchen has everything you need while on vacation, the furniture is very comfortable, sofas have pullout beds if needed, The bedrooms each have their own bathrooms with showers, the beds are very comfortable, the condo has all the bedding and towels you need. The washer & dryer are great, easy to use, a nice feature to have. Parking is easy right out the front door. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife right outside our condo. We cannot say anything bad about this unit and would completely recommend it, we can’t wait to stay here again. Rental company was great and friendly to work with.

What a refreshing and accommodating villa! Everything was brand new and clean! Comfy beds and close to the beach!! Definitely will return and highly recommend!!!

Great villa. Clean and spacious. Conveniently located. Short bike ride to beach. Used the tennis courts out the front door every day. Easy bike ride or short drive to many restaurants and shops. Would stay again!

Newly renovated and beautifully done! The place is very clean and the decor is gorgeous. The pool and pickleball/tennis courts are right out the front door. The beach is a 1 mile walk on a paved path under tress covered in Spanish moss. We had a wonderful time and many memories were made. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway I would highly recommend!
