This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is located in the Oceanfront Island Club Gated Community and has been beautifully updated with a Coastal Chic decor. Situated on the 2nd floor, 2203 Island Club offers guests breathtaking oceanfront views and inspiring sunrises.

The oceanfront living room is furnished with comfortable, updated seating, a 48" flat screen TV, and a private balcony with ample seating. The open floor plan includes a dining area that seats 6, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry.

The oceanfront master suite features a king bed, 32" flat screen TV, and a private bath with a glass shower. In the guest bedroom, you'll find a queen and a twin bed, a 24" flat screen TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.

During your stay, you can enjoy the beach and resort amenities, including 3 terraced pools, a zero entry baby pool with mushroom fountain, and 1 hour per day of free tennis at any of the 9 tennis courts. There's also a large lagoon for catch-and-release fishing, a playground, basketball courts, on-site bike rentals, and a fitness center.

The Island Club Resort is perfect for visitors seeking a quality, fun vacation. Please note that parking is restricted to 1 vehicle and requires an access/parking pass. No smoking or vaping is allowed at the property, and no pets are allowed. Free WiFi is included, and the villa sleeps 5.

Pool dimensions are as follows:

Main Pool: 66' x 24' and 3' - 5' in depth

Baby Pool: 30' x 30' and 1' in depth.

Please note: 2025 Pool complex area- Weather and Equipment permitting all Pools will be open back up and heated on March 1st, 2025. The Hot Tub, Lap Pool and Kiddy Pool are the Pools that are Heated. The pool complex will start closing down mid November 2025.

Great location! Great view! Great condo!
This is an awesome rental unit. Ocean front with a direct view of the ocean. When I say direct, I mean straight view parallel to the coast, not one of those angled views. It is oect for a family. Clean, nicely furnished, well-stacked kitchen. Top-notch communication from Karen, the owner/property manager. But honestly it was all before we even arrived, since we didn't have a single problem / reason to contact her once we arrived. Will be renting again in the future.
